Disciplinary Commission (DC)

The Disciplinary Commission is appointed by the Minister for Health to oversee the appointment of Disciplinary Tribunals (DTs) and their processes and procedures.

What we do

Some of the functions of the Disciplinary Commission include appointing DTs, overseeing the procedures and processes of DTs, and overseeing the training of members of the Complaints Panel and Health Committees.

Our logo depicts letters D and C for the Disciplinary Commission. The abstract lighthouse beacon symbolises guidance from the DC for the Disciplinary Tribunals and Complaints Panels.
